The Blue Sky

When the sky is

Black as night

The world is

One beautiful scene

And in one magical moment

The world is at peace

Then dawn comes

And the sky changes again

To a new color

A beautiful color

One that cannot be explained

The day goes on

And that color slowly fades

Into a color that I have come to love

A blue so pure

So innocent

So true

The Person No One Ever Sees

Although right now we are far apart

Life has given us a start

To be the person we want to be

The one only we can see

If we could count the endless days

Of torture in many ways

We could see the endless pain

Those others do greatly gain

If we could change the fates design

If we could see we are one-of-a-kind

If we could have the courage to stand

If we could walk hand in hand

If we could look Him in the face

If we could never ever waste

If we could be who He wants us to be

If we could love everything

This world would be a better place

Filled with love and not of hate

If we could only ever be

The person no one ever sees

If water fell from the sky

And people wouldn’t wondered why

If love could never hate

And people wouldn’t wait

If seas would never take

And people would create

If life could be so sweet

And people would have enough to eat

If everything was good and calm

And people always got along

Lives Crazy Paths wouldn’t seem so long
